Return / Exchange Policy
Each Baarique piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to dispatch.
Exchanges are offered only in the case of a manufacturing defect, quality concern, or if the product is received damaged.
We request that any such issues be documented with photographs upon opening the package.
The following are not eligible for exchange:
- Customised or bespoke pieces
- Bulk or special orders
- International orders
All requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including invoices, labels, and tags.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost from the address mentioned in your invoice.
Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved, a replacement piece will be dispatched within standard delivery timelines.
Shipping Policy
If an international customer refuses to pay the required customs duties and does not collect the shipment, baarique will not be responsible for issuing any refund.
Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Some destinations may take longer due to customs clearance.
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item received is defective or an incorrect product/size was shipped by us.

Each piece can be personalised to reflect your space, your aesthetic, or even a memory you’d like to bring to the table. We also offer the option to hand paint initials and monograms.
As each piece is handcrafted, we do not offer returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you.
