To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including invoices, labels, and tags.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost from the address mentioned in your invoice.
Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved, a replacement piece will be dispatched within standard delivery timelines.
Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Some destinations may take longer due to customs clearance.
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item received is defective or an incorrect product/size was shipped by us.
