Delivery & Exchange

Deliveries 

Our average delivery timeline is 7-10 working days for individual pieces and 20-30 working days for Dinner sets for domestic and International orders. However these timelines may vary depending on our inventory, availability of design, customisation and/or other unforeseeable scenarios. 

Exchange

Products are eligible for returns or exchange only if the delivered product has a quality or manufacturing defect or has been received broken. Please photograph any defects as soon as you open the packaging.

Products purchased during the sale period or at discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Our policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For damage or quality issues, please provide the order number, and an image of the defective item along with its packaging.

Our customer care team will investigate and respond within 2 working days.

We will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional charge from the address stated in your invoice. Please ensure to pack the product in its original packaging, including the invoice, labels, tags, boxes, and any other items included with the purchase.

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

Refund

If a replacement piece is unavailable, a credit note for the full amount of the damaged product will be issued within 5-6 days. 

The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed online.
